1935 living in Rural, not known County, Arizona. 1940 census Age 22 living with his wife, Radine Louis Age 18, in University Park, Dallas County, Texas, working as an Army aviation instructor, two years of college education. Son born in Dallas in 1940. Registered for the draft in Dallas, Texas on 29 October 1940 while working at Dallas Aviation School, had enlisted in the reserve corps, and listed his mother, of Nogales, Arizona, as next of kin.

I could not make any connection to McCulloch County, Texas and have concluded that the War Dept mistakenly used McCulloch County, Texas as his home of record during 1946 when compiling casualty lists. City of Nogales Cemetery.

I do not know who is responsible, the military probably since this was early in the war and casualty identities was their responsibility especially to the next of kin.
