I have moved SSgt William B. Hagin from Coleman County to Eastland County simply because we have not found any evidence that he had connection to Coleman County in 1940s. His birthplace of Staff, Eastland County, Texas is the only Texas connection found.
I have left the NARA War Dept File plaque that shows hometown Coleman County, but I firmly believe it to be a War Dept sanfu, it should have been Maricopa County, Arizona.

I do not know who is responsible, the military probably since casualty identities was their responsibility especially to the next of kin.
