These Surname web pages that I compiled in 2015 are from the 1920 book Soldiers of the Great War pages 289 to 299.
I used an optical character recognition service to read the pages and convert them to text for my tables.
The pages are divided by surnames, see the links above. This 1920 book only covered deaths overseas.

DOD = "Died of Disease. Those who suffered fatal sickness, as opposed to WOUNDS."
